In 1979, Tony Waddell had a vision to create a company that would build quality custom homes for the people of his surrounding communities. Along with the support of his close family and friends, Tony built Waddell Construction Company, LLC out of his own personal beliefs, ethics, and his own dedication and hard work.
In the creation process of Waddell Construction Co, LLC, Tony believed that if you provided customers with a quality built home at a better price, and treated customers with respect by always following good & honest principles, that the business would be successful. He believes in the philosophy of “principle over profit”, therefore treating customers with respect and following honest principles in all aspects of the business.
Now, over three decades later, Waddell Construction Co., LLC is one of the largest independent custom home builders in Calhoun County. Due to the hard work and dedication of our staff & partners, we continue to fulfill Tony’s vision of building quality homes in our growing communities.
Waddell Construction Co, LLC is family owned and operated, and has the knowledge and experience to help you build your dream home that is right for your family and your budget.
With our staff providing over 45 years of combined residential home building experience, we have the integrity and knowledge to meet all your expectations.
